I was speaking to one of the support team Darryl. Who was everything I would expect from a Support team member. Polite, patience and wanting to see the issue resolved. It took a while but he got it resolved with the help of another colleague.

Very patient helpful person helping me. Had to go off and check things and worked through the problem methodically. In the end he had to send me a step by step email to perform the task causing problems, which worked. Support call lasted over one hour. O

Really good!

Really good! The team was lovely and I struggled with a very simple thing, however, I was not made feel silly, instead they gave me the support I needed and learnt how to do it myself in future. The whole process was fast and I only waited a few minutes to connect to an support agent.
