What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like the extreme flexibility in creating custom forms like invoices, etc. Easy to accommodate customers requests. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Not much to dislike... except I am responsible for my own backups What problems is QuickBooks Desktop Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Mostly solves customization problems. (Note we are a service company)

Great service
The biggest single thing in my opinion is that you get to speak to an actual person very quickly, no smart bots or massive waits on the line. Each time I have called, the person dealing with my query was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Excellent service.

Thank you for the Onboarding session
Aljandro was very knowledgeble about QB Online and was able to answer all of my queries in a very clear and concise way. This included such topics as setting up new project types as well as showing how to set up new budgeting cost centres within the Budgeting section of QB Online.

Had to reactivate my Quickbooks Desktop…
Had to reactivate my Quickbooks Desktop version. Phoned from South Africa and thought it going to cost me alot even just for the call, Stroom person that helped me was so fast to check everything setup everyhing that cost me less than a dollar even to phone them and support staff was very well trained to handle my Account issue and activation issues.
