The customer service from Jack was…
The customer service from Jack was exemplary. Helping me through all the stages of trying to rectify the problem of connecting my phone to the app. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the issue, so has escalated the issue to their IT department. Very patient, calm and knowledgeable.
