Onboarding session was great

I had to make two calls to QBO today.
I had to make two calls to QBO today. Second call to Joyson, was dealt with professionally and efficiently. 10/10 couldn't have asked for more. The first call was dealt with my a man who was courteous, but ultimately arrogant and unhelpful. He flatly advised that my issue could only be resolved by an accountant, and that I could not do it with my level of access to the account, despite me saying, I had done this before.
