I was struggling to accept an invitation to use QB and after phoning the technical support team Sally resolved the problem. It was a very positive experience and Sally was very personable, very efficient and took little time to rectify the issue. Thank you so much

Onboarding made easy - knowledgeable, interative and friendly process.
Knowledgeable staff that can guide you through how to use QuickBooks. Will definitely help those that may feel a little apprehensive about bookkeeping and accounting as you will be talked through each step. Interactive and will help get you up and running.

So I’ve been using Quickbooks for 4…
So I’ve been using Quickbooks for 4 years and there are areas that I’ve messed up a fair chunk. Their customer service has always been pretty efficient. Today’s service completely changed my opinion to 5/5. Cassandra who dealt with my issue was EXTREMELY patient - even during moments when I was clearly getting irritated and it completely elevated my mood. I had to resubmit 5 payrolls and she stayed with me on the line overseeing it all until it was all complete and I’m super super grateful. ...
