I had problems with subscription and billing . I had set up another account that I didn’t remember and it was confusing everything . The customer service agent spent ages she even called me back the next day and eventually we sorted it ! I now have one QuickBooks account that is working perfectly . Another agent helped me cancel the one I did not need . Amazing service throughout and so patient with me
