"QB desktop all you need"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I like not to be dependent from the web (online version). User friendly, you find answer to your questions easily What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I don't like that Intuit is basically "forcing" desktop users to transition to the online version. What problems is QuickBooks Desktop Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to use and I can connect/send my quarterly information to the accountant

CIS query with Dawn
I spoke to Dawn this morning with a query regarding recording CIS payments. She was very helpful and was able to reassure me that I had done things correctly. I felt very confident with the information she gave me. Dawn also told me if I had any other CIS queries in the future she told which telephone option I should choose next time to get me through to the right place.
