Great little tricks and short cuts…
Great little tricks and short cuts taught to me today on a call, the technical Support was awesome. The lady I spoke to knows her stuff and probably the best 5 minute phone call to QB as yet.

Having used QB Desktop for 13 years I was more than a little apprehensive at having to change to QBOL. I need not have worried. Support is quickly available and SmartLook is just like having someone next to you guiding you through .The Software is similar in many ways but I find it is taking longer to achieve the same amount of work. I have just signed up with QB and have found the initial 45 min training session with Rachelle to be very helpful. She explained things very clearly, was patient and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to getting my accounts streamlined. So far great customer service.

I can’t recommend QB online support…
I can’t recommend QB online support more. I monumentally messed up some accounting elements and have spoken to three advisors in the last couple of days. They have all talked me through how to remedy the different elements I needed. Brilliant. Thank you so much 😊
