Superb customer service from QuickBooks…
Superb customer service from QuickBooks today. The call handler Robert D was very polite and helpful. Robert listened and then quickly established the cause and was able to correct in a short space of time. Well done Robert and thank you very much for your help.

The advisor that I spoke with (can't remember her name) was so lovely to deal with. Even though I could not get to the bottom of my problem which is no fault of QuickBooks, she went above and beyond to help and was just so patient.

I'm completely new to Quick Books and…
I'm completely new to Quick Books and trying to learn the system. I have contacted Quick Books on at least 4 occasions and on each time I have spoken to an operative (on the last occasion it was Andrea) All have been extremely helpful, knowledgeably and friendly and able to resolve my problems quickly and efficiently. Definitely a fantastic service.

Calmness and Knowledge
Enrico very calmly demonstrated that he has an in-depth intuition for what the User needs, when it comes to creating Export_Bill reports for a Migration fro one QB to another QB Account. His calmness together with his knowledge, meant that I now know how to create an Export which is not readily available as "standard" - it has to be carecully customised. Thank you Enrico - that was a very big Help👍👍👍☺
