Great onboarding experience
I was initially unsure about using QuickBooks but after the free onboarding session, I am glad to have chosen this software and look forward to using it. The onboarding expert who helped me was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The session ran very smoothly and was very helpful in giving a general overview as well as more specific detail related to my business needs. I now feel more confident in using the software.

What a shame the help available is so mixed.
The help provided by the lady on the helpdesk was excellent, turning to colleagues for additional guidance with a very odd problem, to produce the necessary result. The process of getting to this human help was, however, laborious. Unfortunately, the help packaged into the software is not in the same league, offering more than a thousand suggested articles in response to a detailed query, the articles being listed on a small screen showing 6 or 8 articles at a time.
