I was trying to load Quickbooks pro…
I was trying to load Quickbooks pro 2016 (from the Ark, I know, but it works for me!) on a new computer and fining that the registration process does not work. The help desk sorted me out with a code and the instructions on how to use it, so its alright now! Excellent help that made by only dinosaur software work again! I am very please (that I don't have to go online with my accounts and pay a monthly fee)!

Top customer service
Although when I phoned through to customer services the automated message advised there could be a wait to speak to someone I was connected almost immediately. I spoke to Gill in customer services and Alan in the tech dept, the call ended up being nearly 2 hrs long while we tried to resolve the issue and they were both extremely helpful & pleasant throughout, could not have asked for better service. And yes they sorted it in the end!
