Adam was very helpful he sorted out all that i asked him, he was patient and showed me some easlier ways to use quickbooks i hope i get to speak to him again he was very understanding.

I can not fault the customer care team
I had an issue with my bank connection, after this was resolved I somehow lost all my transaction history, all receipts and income, just gone! I contacted customer care again and was completely taken back by the care I received, the reassurance that everything would return back as it was and then resolving the issue to get my transaction history back as it was. I am so happy to be using Quickbooks as their customer service was brilliant.

Being new to Quickbooks is a LOT, but...
Being new to Quickbooks there is a LOT of information to take it and it can feel quite daunting, especially after watching some of the tutorials YouTube. However Marissan put me completely at ease. She was very friendly and patient, and was able to give me an introduction to using aspects of Quickbooks, happy to repeat procedures I did quite grasp and happy to answer any enquiries I had. pension upload issues
Had issues with data being uploaded on the pension column and because I use a Mac computer it was very hard to access the share screen. The lady I spoke to was very helpful going through step by step and fixed the issue very quickly. Very happy with how helpful and easy it was.
