Telephone support better than chat
The team at QuickBooks are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. However, I do find the agents on the telephone resolve issues quicker. I don't know if they are a higher level than the online chat, but from now I will call when there is an issue, which to be fair, isn't often. Great product and very professional agents.
