Natasha was really helpful and patient and answered my questions on PAYE. I have only been using payroll for a couple of months and had received a notification from HMRC so she helped me clarified what I had been doing wrong so that it wouldn't happened in future.

Justin explained everything so I understood and talked me through the process over the phone of accessing data from Quickbooks desktop after closing date as I could not migrate my files. I was concerned that i would be unable to access historical data but Justine has made it all possible!

Excellent service support that was clear and effective
Dawn was warm, clear, knowledgeable and helpful solving a problem I had. She immediately understood the problem exactly and set about addressing it with great efficiency and calmness. When you have a problem and need help...it takes the stress away when someone really goes out of their way to help. Dawn was superb.

Query about posssible duplication charge
My experience today was consistent with the experience I had had the day previously. I was treated with great courtesy and patience (bearing in mind that I am approaching 84 years of age) and am not so quick on the uptake as I used to be. All in all it was a pleasure to be in the hands of someone who was so well informed and helpful. Many thanks!
