Cheerful operator
Cheerful operator. Understood my request for help before doing anything by repeating back his understanding. Solved the matter. I needed to get VAT periods in QB to match HMRC records. After matter resolved he stayed on line so i repeated back the steps to solve the matter, so i can solve the matter my self next time.

Sophia was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful and I thank her most warmly for guiding me to an understanding of how to proceed to an acceptable conclusion. I can not fault her and would award 6 stars to her personally if I could ! However, the same cannot be said about Intuit as a Company.
