Helpful and Patient
The helpline chap was very polite and patient and tried to help me as best as he could. It was (to me ) a consfusing problem and he helped show me parts of the system that resolved it.

Dezza was very helpful - shame that the product isn't as functional as the Desktop application that it repalces.
Dezza was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered my questions ably. Unfortunately not all of the functionality of QB Desktop has been ported to QBO, which is a shame as it appears to be an inferior product.
