Melanie is the reason for my 5 stars rating! We had an issue with reconciling, and due to the complexity of the system, none of us could figure out where is the discrepancy, but thanks to her knowledge and patience we resolved the issue. She was extremely kind, helpful and friendly! And saved us a lot of time! Thank you!

Excellent service
I've rarely experienced someone so genuinely helpful. We spent a good 40 minutes interrogating my system and removing unwanted transactions. I hope the software proves to be as good as the support team!
