I had a tricky one
I had a tricky one - posting Euro payment against GBP bills. I called in twice and on the second time I was transferred to a senior adviser Vylisa who helped me with the problem very efficiently. She is truly an expert but not everyone is though. I am happy to review on Vylisa's help today, not on my overall experience with QB support.

The onboarding calls are really useful
The onboarding calls are really useful. Someone takes control of your screen and shows you how to do common transactions. The session probably works best if you make a list of questions before the session starts. I had a play before the session and wrote down the stuff I didn't understand or couldn't work out how to do. Great use of 45 minutes.
