The lady who carried out my on boarding session was great and friendly and very helpful with getting all my accounting questions answered and getting me more used to the system. Feel a lot more comfortable and confident in using the system and how it will help my buisness moving forward.

QuickBooks are introducing a new, merged, business/accountant view menu. I couldn't see "mileage" on their micro-view of what the left-hand side bar would look like (information page) and so I asked for help from QuickBooks chat. The chat was almost immediately answered by someone warm, friendly, and polite. I asked my question, the customer services representative understood what the issue was, and worked hard to help me.
