I found Dawn remarkably helpful
I found Dawn remarkably helpful; I presented her with a difficult problem which she coped with it in an expert and helpful way. I was actually most encouraged (especially after the experience over the week-end with your dreadful semi machine chat line) it was most helpful haing her bright competent personality to cheer me on my way!
