A friendly, polite, and helpful chat experience . . .
QuickBooks are introducing a new, merged, business/accountant view menu. I couldn't see "mileage" on their micro-view of what the left-hand side bar would look like (information page) and so I asked for help from QuickBooks chat. The chat was almost immediately answered by someone warm, friendly, and polite. I asked my question, the customer services representative understood what the issue was, and worked hard to help me. Quickbooks Accounting Program. I keep a small company's financial records on a part-time basis. I frequently find the automatic updating of on-line programs (and mobile phones) more than annoying, frequently time-consuming, and un-helpful. I have found the recent major updates(?!) to Quickbooks on-line positively upsetting.
