Helpful onboarding experience
Reviewing an onboarding call with a rep from QB. I feared I might have been talked at for 45 mins but in fact Princess Mae was super helpful and happy to spend the time answering the specific questions I had. She listened to my concerns and the issues I was running into and offered to share product feedback with the development team.

Brilliant support
I was able to contact their QuickBooks's support team over the phone without any delays. Once I described the issue, support staff was able to access my screen on a ready only mode and guided me through the steps to resolve the issue. All dealt with courteously and with patience.
