It’s easy to use and comes with fantastic support!

PROS: I went from Quickbooks desktop to Quickbooks Online. The reason was because the desktop version appeared to a mess since it's not user-friendly. Worse, their support was terrible. But since shifting to this software, I was surprised. While I felt terrible to have lost certain features and I had to pay a bit more, I found the app to be more intuitive.
