What do you like best? A good tool to use Presto and Spark with a lot of optimization and support. What do you dislike? Few shortcomings are there, which can make Qubole a complete product. Requested for a lot of feature request, one of them is to restart the cluster. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? First is customization on the native source code and the billing optimization.

What do you like best? Qubole helps me with my spark jobs, it is easy to see the costs. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit intimidating. "Easy sharing, but lacks functionality for work-in-process queries"

What do you like best? Sharing queries easily, as well as saved results to avoid having to rerun. What do you dislike? There's no way to save a work-in-process query, or incrementally update easily. A new query is created at every rerun. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy sharing, avoiding sharing actual snippets in dispersed locations.

What do you like best about Qubole? It's open source and it works well, when it works. What do you dislike about Qubole? Having to wait for the cluster to start to edit notebooks is a major hassle. Most of the time you can't even visualise the notebooks without a cluster being running. Environments don't seem to work most of the time.
