Quantum Metric provides the features (session replay, journey analytics, events tracking, page performance data) which allow us to understand in the best way possible our customer's behavior and journeys, and thus make the right decisions to respond to their needs and expectations. It's a tool that is always evolving based on the customer's feedback, and the support team is the best I've ever seen in the industry.
