What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? Out of the all the survey tools I have tried, Qualtrics has the most flexibility and functionality, with an user-friendly layout. Building surveys is easy and intuitive, and the website offers a lot of material to build a knowledge on market research subject.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? I like how many different functions are available within the single platform - i.e., surveys with multiple invite methods (including intercepts), closed-loop ticketing, dashboards, text analytics, etc.

Great system, the Research Core allows for complex survey logic, and provides helpful tips how to create good surveys and provides the ability to create reports for the answers to share with customers. We enjoy the dashboards because of their ability to display data in a professional manner in brand colors, that can easily be evaluated by anybody on the team.
