What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? The flexibility and tremendous amount of valuable feedback we will gain from this software. I like the dashboard and found overall the software easy to use. The reporting piece will be very important to improving our customers experience. I appreciate the file upload ease of use, and how much data is able to be sliced and diced. I look forward to learning what is important to both or internal and external customers.
