"Powerful tool - if you need it"
What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? I appreciate all of the logic options that allow me to skip a particular block of questions if they don't apply. I appreciate that I can pre-fill survey questions with data from Salesforce, or write data back to SF (although I haven't been able to get that working)

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? The best thing about Qualtrics is its customer support team and the Qualtrics community. Ever if I face any difficulty, the resolution is quick and simple with these supports. I need not wait for days to receive the resolution over ticket which is much appreciated and helpful for us as an organization.
