This is what you'd expect!
After leaving a 'thumbs-down' notice in the VPN app, Customer Service immediately came into action to help me out with the issue I was experiencing; that is what one would expect from Customer Service/Support Desk. Thumbs-up to the Pure Team for their swift response and adequate assistance!

Wow. Great, patient service
Wow. Haven't loaded software in 10+ years. Furquan was terrific in helping me navigate turning off firewalls, virus blockers and finding my program and then reminding me how to create a shortcut,etc. Adrian took over and I am very happy to have purevpn up and running!
