static ip works behind tmobile wireless modem
I use the static IP to access a development server at home behind a tmobile wireless modem and it works perfectly.

Fast speed, Port forwarding works well!
Good services, I've been using them for 1 year. Most of their servers have good speed. the Port Forwarding features works well (That's the main reason I took them). To have a small web server at home, and i'm behind a double-nat with a Ip Dynamic Private... so with PureVPN i can bypass that and have access to my server from anywhere in the world. Good job ! A+

Very impressive customer service fixed our issue
I am impressed with PureVPN's customer service. We had a recent minor issue with the product on our end and mentioned that in a customer survey. The comments don't end up in a 'black hole' but PureVPN actually got back to us through Emily Kramer. She gave us the right advice which fixed the issue and followed up very pro-actively in communications. Truly impressive and helpful in a time where it is often difficult to get to interact with real human beings! Thanks Emily!
