Costumer Support is on point. A man named Uzair was quick and competent to find a solution to my problem. Other than minor problems here and there this VPN is very reliable and even if there is an issue the live chat function offers fast solutions.

Erwin was very helpful
The dedicated 24/7 customer support staff is very helpful. I was encountering some issues when trying to connect to the service and Erwin stayed and guided me until the issue was resolved. I feel most VPN services are very similar but what sets PureVPN apart from the competition is their support staff. I am very satisfied with the overall product and the support.
