Could not open PureVPN from taskbar which always works. Went to PureVPN dot com/members login and kept getting an error the page doesn't exist. Fortunately the Live Chat prompt was available. Clicked it, got immediate response...explained problem and Adam was able to, again, immediately diagnose my problem and gave me clear instructions to correct problem. Great Job! Thanks!
