App set up.
Fabian helped me to set the app as the chrome extension was very slow. He lead me through what to do and answered all my dumb questions.

Scott was very helpful
Scott was helpful. It only took him a couple of minutes to tell me how to log into the VPN. Trying to log in on the TV it kept saying bad credentials. With his help, I was able to rest the password and verify I was using the correct login, and BOOM! I'm in!
