accessing Websites issue
I was not able to access any website due to an issue with my VPN, therefore I asked for support on chat and your colleague Adam was very supportive and dedicated to help me in getting it fixed. He guided me step by step, and now it works just fine.

App was not connecting to any location…
App was not connecting to any location since the start of the year. Emailing support was not convenient with my schedule so, issue remained unresolved. Decided to use Live Chat and was fortune to have Alex assist as he was very patient and provided clear troubleshooting instructions that resolved the issue.

Great live chat support
Had a issue with watching netflix/other video catch up sites while using the vpn, but used the live chat support and Adam was very patient and took me through all the steps for it to finally work for me.
