I was not sure if I should grab the Black Friday offer since I still have 1.5 years left on my current subscription. I finally decided to upgrade and pay for the 5 yrs plan. Inability to Connect after renewing membership
I was unable to get tech service to respond to my inability to log on to the server. I kept getting an error message. Out of frustration, I contacted chat and connected to Austin. He was able to diagnose the problem -- which was that my Username and Password were somehow not being used correctly. When I used the account member name and system generated password, the PureVPN app worked as it should have and I was able to finally log into a server of my choice. Great job, Austin! Thank you! 😊
