I wrote an earlier review
I wrote an earlier review! That may have been unfair. Upon reaching somebody in the company that knew what they were doing. The problem was rectified within minutes. I now have to give them a five star service review. I was extremely upset. And the customer care person stayed calm and collected and fixed the issue. Again the earlier review I left was unfair. I suppose I should’ve waited until I reach somebody that knew what they were doing. I will now proceed to see how the system works ...
