Shawn was very helpful

Shawn was very helpful. he was very patient when i had difficulty with the initial setup. After a few attempts at walking me through it and failed, he linked up remotely and found whatever the problem was and fixed it. i'm very happy with his willingness to go the extra mile.

Support Agent Nora. Bravo !

Support Agent Nora. Well done. The website I browsed from my PC could detect I'm from overseas. So weird that I could succeed when browsing through mobile. Nora tried several ways to help, including remote access to my PC. Still unsuccessful. She didn't give up after remote access. Still recommended a way which helped me solve the problem. Good attitude and preseverance.

Inability to Connect after renewing membership

I was unable to get tech service to respond to my inability to log on to the server. I kept getting an error message. Out of frustration, I contacted chat and connected to Austin. He was able to diagnose the problem -- which was that my Username and Password were somehow not being used correctly. When I used the account member name and system generated password, the PureVPN app worked as it should have and I was able to finally log into a server of my choice. Great job, Austin! Thank you! 😊

Excellent after-purchase service.

I was not sure if I should grab the Black Friday offer since I still have 1.5 years left on my current subscription. I finally decided to upgrade and pay for the 5 yrs plan.
