I've been using PureVPN for a few years…
I've been using PureVPN for a few years now, I've never really had any big issues with the service but today I had problems trying to reset my password for the PureVPN app. It didn't take long from chatting with Frank on their available chat system before he had me up and running again. He was very helpful and just with a screenshot from my view and an email my account was fixed really quickly. Thanks Frank at PureVPN, all support should be so helpful.
