A BIG thank you to Alfred at Pure VPN for his patience in resolving a connection problem I was experiencing with the Chrome extension. His instructions were very clear and helpful for someone like me with limited tech know-how. The online chat service is there 24/24 and I was impressed.

Fast and brillant debug.
I had a difficult week trying to fix an after install problem: impossible to access the PureVPN dashboard, finally I accept the support offer to use AnyDesk application and so get help from a specialist; Alex took over and in minutes made my PureVPN working. Again Thanks Alex, and I will now strongly recommend PureVPN for performance and its support. Best Regards, Robert.

I have been using PureVPN for over a year now and have had very good results for both speeds in downloading and browsing. Pure has a very wide selection of sites in many countries so I can see local restricted programs for my enjoyment.
