With professional to the point questions my problem wa solved !
I was so much in problems I decided to go to the life support option and chat. To my surprise I had direct a reply, with professional, to the point questions that finally resulted in solving my problem. Thanks to the support of "Gaditek" (7966 10820) My problem was re-installing my Pure App on an older computer after my recent one got damaged.
