Tech Support is on point!
I needed a dedicated IP in the US for whitelist access to a server. PureVPN has a dedicated IP service. I couldn't initially connect, but I used the Live Chat and the tech, Travis, worked with me to figure out what the problem was. He got it working and I have my IP. I'm glad for the tech support, their availability, and the level of expertise displayed by Travis. Very satisfied and pleased with the service.
