Great Customer Service!
I had issues connecting with the VPN and Frank was very patient with me for over an hour trying to troubleshoot. Turns out it was an error on my side but he was still very kind and professional.

Could not sign into my VPN
Could not sign into my VPN. Contact support via chat and went through a few scenarios and found one that was the cause of the issue. The agent was very helpful and guided me where to check and able to assist me in getting back online. The response time on the chat was quick, clear and concise with their instructions. Satisfied with the service and experience and would recommend.
