I’ve been having trouble logging into the app since a recent upgrade. I’ve had several support conversations, all very timely and helpful, but it was Neelov who finally got me up and running again! Very happy with PureVPNs quick support response time overall.

I have been with Pure VPN for many years.
I have been with Pure VPN for many years and have experienced many versions and updates, but the latest update is far superior and faster than anything before it. With ease of operation and assistance finding the best server this is an excellent product.

Local Connection Issues - Finn To The Rescue - Chat Support
I was having a local access issue with the updated version of the windows app. I wasn't sure how knowledgeable the Chat Support were on the subject. To my pleasant surprise Finn reviewed the information about the topic I had sent over and promptly delivered the exact solution to my problem. Keep up the good work Finn and PureVPN. I'll be a life time customer with this type of support.
