New to VPN and PureVPN
New to VPN and PureVPN, a bit confused by how to setup Dedicated IP. Contacted support and after getting past the bot I got a real person (Frank) who clarified the issue right away. I think Frank was real, though it's hard to tell nowadays. Anyhow +10 for PureVPN and Frank!

Login/connection problems with PureVPN…
I had problems logging into the PureVPN desktop app but after chatting with Finn at PureVPN he talked me through how to configure my Norton firewall rules to allow the app to connect and to my preferred location. All is good now and enjoying all the benefits my VPN provides, thanks Finn.
