had ethan for a tech and he was very patient and gave lots of suggestions as to where the problem may lie, in the end it was me the whole time not logging onto the dedicated address for me and was connecting to normal vpn servers.

Alex and summer helped me setup the dedicated IP connection on my linux virtual machine
i had been having an issue keeping my dedicated IP - vpn connected, it would disconnect regularly and behave strangely afterwards. Alex and summer were able to connect to my computer and setup the VPN using a different protocol. it is now working again

Arnold was able to identify the issue and resolve it. He showed me what he was doing each step of the way as he moved through the process. He also showed me some things that I didn't know how to find and that is helpful for me for the future. If you would let me, give him 10 Stars I would.
