Been using PureVPN more many many years…
Been using PureVPN for many many years 5+ now. Always great, amazing pricing, and great service. I had a little issue the other day and Rafael was super friendly on tech support - they even got Alex to do a remote help with me and solved my problem within minutes. Overall super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team. And in my opinion one of the best VPN apps out there.

I have never been more satisfied with customer service thank i have had with Neelov. I logged out of Pure VPN somehow and could not get back in. i emailed customer service and it took several emails from Neelov, sincerely concerned i get the app up and running again for my safety. I had received a couple different strategies to get in with no luck and Neelov would email me asking if I was able to log in. If he isn't been persistent I probably would be unsafe right now.
