New User - great service
I just opened an account and had problems with connecting via my router. I was put in touch with Frank via instant chat who was able to walk me through the process of obtaining my credentials and getting successfully connected. I very much appreciated the quick response, and it only took less then 10 minutes to complete!

Pure VPN has the best customer service
Pure VPN has the best customer service! Their technical support person (Travis) solved my issue with the chrome extension.

Very impressed so far
Just discovered PureVPN so not a lot of experience of using it just yet, however I received very helpful customer service on the LiveChat from Alfred - he very swiftly diagnosed and fixed an issue I had with downloading the Windows app. Very impressed so far!

For some reason
For some reason, I was unable to use purevpn on my android phone all of a sudden. Finn was able to assist me with this quickly.

I was unable to login into members…
