real user, honest review
Used them for about a year now. They have great customer service, 24 hours. Occasionally I'll have connection problems but it's probably due to my computer activity instead of their service. Whenever I do run into an issue, they always help me fix it quickly. Lowest cost VPN, safe as any of them are, and a definite must have for security. I don't write reviews for companies unless they are really bad or really good, just a regular user with my 2 cents.

The VPN might be slow at times but the customer service never dissapoints. Amazing support yet again from PureVPN staff. Thanks to Cust Support assistant 'Summer' who stayed with me till the issue was resolved
