Windows didn't connect to the PureVPN…
Windows didn't connect to the PureVPN server. Customer Service replied to my request within 30 min. The issue was resolved after following the steps described in the email. Thanks to Neelov from PureVPN.

A great experience of purevpn livechat service
There's a problem with logging in my purevpn account, so I connected the livechat service. Alex helped me online. He's very kind and patient, after tried many times, the problem was not solved, then, Alex helped me remotely via anydesk. And finally it worked, I can use the VPN again. I really appreciate the help of your service, Thank a lot to Alex, he's really a good staff.
