Not working the dedicated IP addon on LInux
I had a problem with Dedicated IP addon on my linux machine: I was able to connect with the vpn server, but as a result I still had a dynamic IP. The support expert that was assigned for my case - Summer, helped me a lot, by giving step by step instructions we have finally found the cause which was a small mistake in my configuration. Also the response time was pretty short. Giving 5/5.

Regarding Pure VPN
I have been using this VPN for the past 4 years and with constant updates and upgrades this is pure and very good to use. Regarding privacy and safety purevpn is doing the best. The connection is very fast and not consuming data like other vpn's. One of the best vpn and reliable about encryption on line. Subscription is also worth the money. I recommend for use without any problems.

Pure VPN online chat support
Pure VPN online chat support are very good, I spoke with Summer who helped me through a connection issue. I am a bit if a technophobe and they were understanding and patient until the issue was resolved.

Im living abroad and needed to purchase…
Im living abroad and needed to purchase a VPN to access many sites from the usa. I've never used one before and was unable to get it to work on HULU and other sites. I wrote "live chat" and was helped with all my queries by Alfred. He spent over half an hr walking me through how to enable everything and get it to work perfectly. Great experience with customer service. Thank you Alfred
